Tree description

20-21 Visual Arts Centre’s tree is themed around our WOW! Said the Owl exhibition. On the tree, (and in the exhibition) you’ll find WOW Owl and the night time stars she knows so well, as well as all the exciting things she sees when she decides to stay up all day: butterflies, clouds, rainbows, raindrops – everything that makes her say WOW! Hopefully we’ll make you say WOW too!

Our WOW! Said the Owl exhibition will be at 20-21 until 30 January 2021.

20-21 Visual Arts Centre in Church Square, Scunthorpe is North Lincolnshire Council’s centre for contemporary visual arts and crafts. Our gallery spaces host a changing programme of free exhibitions throughout the year, along with events, workshops and other opportunities for the whole family to get creative. Our bright, airy cafe is popular for it’s range of home made bakes and tasty lunches, and our gallery shop stocks a huge range of hand crafted and limited edition gifts and jewellery.

Although our exhibitions are closed at the moment under Tier 3 regulations, our shop is open from 2 December for handcrafted and limited edition gifts. You can also buy a takeaway treat from our cafe. Please check our website for the latest information before visiting. We look forward to welcoming you!

WOW! Said the Owl is a touring exhibition for under-fives and their families, designed by Tim Hopgood and organised by The Young Art Explorers Association, with thanks to Arts Council England and Macmillan Children’s Books.
